Delivery will be made following receipt of payment to the address specified on the order normally the same or following day. If goods are not received within a week then please contact me by email.


Payment is to be made by cheque payable to Farm-Fos Ltd. Sorry, but I do not accept credit or debit cards.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product that I have sent you, then please contact me by email.

Should you need to contact me for any reason, please contact me by email. I would aim to reply by phone or email within 24 hours.

Complaints Procedure

If you have any reason to complain about my products, services, website, or anything to do with Uncle Tom's®, then I hope you will contact me. Complaints can be sent to me by email, and I would hope to respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. I am aiming to give a first class service, and so would hope to receive any constructive criticism with both grace and gratitude. All complaints will, of course, be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy, and will only collect the information I need to process your order, and use it in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2002. I will only email you in future to confirm your order details, unless of course you ask me to. I will definitely not share your details with any other company. You can always check the information I am holding about you by sending me an email, and if at any time you want it removed from my system, then all you have to do is ask. After all, it is yours, and I am only interested in helping you with your garden.
